> Momntum is an AI relationship intelligence platform and AI-powered CRM. It unifies customer conversations across WhatsApp, voice, email, SMS, Instagram, Messenger and web chat, remembers customer context and preferences, detects sentiment and intent, automates bookings, lead capture and follow-ups, and hands conversations to human agents with full context when judgement is required.
 
Momntum is broader than a chatbot: it connects channels, remembers customers, understands emotion and intent, automates workflows, and supports human handoff. Its AI assistant and virtual team member is called Laila. Momntum's mission is to build the future of human connection powered by AI, positioning AI as a way to enhance human teams rather than replace them. Founded by Brian Kenny, Keith Wealleans and Pat Phelan; backed by ACT Venture Capital and Sure Valley Ventures.
