As a Junior Developer, you'll be part of our core engineering team building the future of customer service. You'll work directly with our founders and senior engineers to develop and scale our AI platform, working on everything from our Relationship Language Model to our omnichannel integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Build and enhance features across our AI platform, from chat interfaces to backend integrations

• API Integration: Develop connections with communication platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, and email systems

• AI/ML Support: Assist with implementing and optimizing our Relationship Language Model

• Testing & Quality: Write tests and ensure code quality across our rapidly growing codebase

• Customer Impact: Work on features that directly improve customer experience and business outcomes

• Learning & Growth: Continuously develop your skills while contributing to our mission

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of development experience

• Strong foundation in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

• Experience with web development frameworks

• Basic understanding of APIs and database systems

• Interest in AI/ML technologies

• Startup mentality - scrappy, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Passion for building products that solve real problems

• Experience with customer-facing applications (preferred)
